We learned to give the right of way to people on our left, and that we should yield to them

Why do people have to be hateful? Everbody here is on a written test practice questions. Apparently we are just here to study... not judge

at an intersection when there is no stop sign or traffic signal drivers must yield to vehicles coming from the right

Confusing question.. I thought D driver turning right

By : Guest     [ At : 09 Feb 2015 - 05:13:42 AM ]

This test is so wrong. I'm leaving before it screws with what I already know. The law gives drivers coming from the right the right of way if both vehicles reach the intersection at the same time. If one reaches it before the other then they have it

This question in itself seems confusing. I think the answer is no one (or it should be depending on the situation) because of the fact that there are different situations and it would depend on where you are what right-of way rule you would probably use.

"The right of way law does not give anyone the right of way; it only says who must yield." There are tricky questions — you gotta watch for them.

Why do they always have to try and trick you instead of just asking a direct question I hate tests
